Be with You
Hi friends.. I have not been updating my blog for a long timee. Hehehe.. sorry about it. ^^
I am now back in Melb.. after my short but sweet 2 weeks stay in sg. Really miss sg loads. But I know I have to be back here cos' our Daddy has a great plan for me! How wonderful is that! Anyway, I am really blessed by what God has done for be in the past few months. Despite facing some problems in the beginning when I first stepped into this foreign land, God was with me all this while. He still is!
One of the greatest revelation I got recently was during my QT on friday night. I was worshipping God in the tv room.. ( that's my secret place with Him! I've a got a roomie you see.. hehe.) and i decided to switch off the light. The entire room was pitched black and I felt alone suddenly. I dont usually off the light in the room. In my heart, I was searching for the light.. I have to on the light somehow.. But God said, "
No my dear, stop searching. The light is within you.. " I felt God telling me that I was carrying the torch- His glory. Yup. Dear friends, I just hope that we can all learn to carry this torch wherever we go.. that in this world of darkness, we'll be the ones giving light to the world. So let us continue to shine God's love and bring life and hope to our family , friends and the people around us! =D C'mon, press on in God!

I am down with a bad throat infection.. seen two doctors already and the good news is i'm given 1 week mc! ha.. dunno what to bog about.. so i'm going to watch my video now! ta-ta! =)

Nida go study.. life is great tho the weather is bad.. really terribly cold and windy.. and it is going to rain hailstorms tmr.. ouch!

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PTL! My friend, Eric , who is from Hong Kong just recieved Christ!! Yep! At planet shakers church!
I brought him to church for the first time.. yeah.. my first time to planet too.. Hehehe.. It was awesome! We had praise and worship for 2 whole hours. Boy!! Everyone was jumping in front of the stage.. We jumped and sang continuously.. praising God like never before. You can even hear the ground trembling.. cos' everyone was jumping! =)) I am totally blessed. They had 3 violinists on stage too.. besides the band and the acoustic guitarists.. wow..
The key to defeat the devil is 1) praise God. and 2) Worship Him. Amen! As I sang and cried out to Him with all my heart.. I felt a breakthrough in my spirit man.. I felt God renewing my mind.. I felt His strength.. His power.. to move on.. to not give up.. even as i am feeling home-sick everyday.. I am not alone. God is here to fight the battle with me. To even fight the battle FOR me. I can't tell the whole world how much God means to me.

Have you ever wonder how much does a conversation with God cost? Sometimes...some of us may have spent a lot of money to hear a famous international speaker speak in a seminar.. But have you even consider that our God is the best speaker in town? =) Yep! Indeed, it only cost for us to give him our best, our all! He doesnt want your money.. He doesnt want your fame.. He wants the best out of you! Let's us put our best before Him right now.. in everything we do. May the spirit of excellence be with you all. Love you all loads. >.<+mOodx+... I was watching the online service.. service 4.. and i miss city harvest church so much. *cry* Miss the house of God.. miss Pastor Kong's preaching.. miss the green church bullentin and its offering envelope... hahah.. see.. i'm missing everything so crazily. Oh well, pardon me for my nostalgia now.. the sermon was good! Jesus is my ultimate hero.. He rawks. And what Pastor said was so true.. If you dont give what's precious to you.. If it doesn't touch your heart.. it won't touch God's heart! Furthermore, reluctant and sorrow is only natural when you give your all to Him. Even Jesus himself felt it! Nevertheless, God sees your heart. Do you have a heart of giving to Him today, EVERYDAY and for the rest of your life here on Earth? Always remember, you cannot out give God in terms of riches! Let us all give a sacrificial giving to God and I pray that He will bless every single dollar that you give to Him. =D
Btw.. I attended a devotional group yesterday evening and it was awesome! We had to write our reflections on Psalm 21.. I was greatly impacted by this equation which Darren came up.. He's another Singaporean..

Dear frens, we have to put God above self and if you abandon self and live for God, you'll no doubt have victory.. You are going to recieve the crown from God as He has promised you. That's amazing.. and truly we cant attain any great victory by ourselves.. we need to lean upon God for His strength and His wisdom.. Only God can make it happen. So let us lift our problems to Him and trust God for a breakthrough... A GREAT VICTORY!
